The Bach flower essences were carried out by the English doctor in the 1930s Dr. Edward Bach developed. He realized that many mental challenges can be brought into balance by natural impulses from the flora - gently, holistic and without side effects.
Bach flowers act on a subtle level and support us in creating internal tensions, emotional stress and stressful phases of life more easily. They give impulses for more clarity, calm and stability in everyday life - for people as well as for animals.
I have been working with the Bach flowers for over three decades - I did my first training courses around 30 years ago and have been deepening since then. This special form of accompaniment has remained an integral part of my work because I have been able to experience over the years how much good it can do.
