AlkaWear Basic Body Wrap®
The alkaline body wrap is the ideal companion for wellness and detox treatments. But the wrap can also be used in everyday life due to its practical handling in the office, when standing or during rest periods.

To relax and relieve pressure, warm wraps are often used for stomach and period pain as well as tension in the back area.

Application

1. Sprinkle a teaspoon of MeineBase into around ½ liter of warm water and dissolve well.
   
   
2. Immerse the gauze pad in the liquid, moisten it well and wring it out tightly.
   
   
3. Attach the gauze pad to the body wrap using the snap fasteners or place it in the insertion opening. An additional heat source (*) can be placed behind the gauze pad on the heat-loving regions of the body, e.g. the kidneys.
   
   
4. Prepared in this way, place the basic body wrap around the torso, whereby the part with the moist gauze cushion can be located in the middle or upper back area, on the kidneys in the lower back area, in the stomach and chest area or in the right upper abdomen on the liver, depending on the chosen area of ​​use.
   
   
5. Fix the basic body wrap with the firmly attached straps. The application time should be determined individually based on your own preferences.

(*) Depending on your preference, you can use a hot water bottle, a warmed moor, spelled or cherry stone pillow or similar as a heat source.

Other applications

Liver wrap
Our most important metabolic organ, the liver, is constantly in use to filter toxins and metabolized nutrients from our body. Furthermore, it is irreplaceable as a storage location for vitamins and minerals.

Especially during treatments, the wrap is a good way to strengthen the liver in its function as a detoxification organ and thus make treatments even more effective.

Kidney wrap
The wrap also has a wonderfully relieving effect on our kidneys, as they act as an excretory organ for our urine and are responsible for our water and electrolyte balance.

Sizing
To determine the right size, please take a tape measure and measure your waist circumference.

• Size 1: Waist circumference 70 – 87 cm
• Size 2: waist circumference 88 – 120 cm
• Size 3: waist circumference 121 – 160 cm

Material & washing instructions
Material: 100% cotton gauze

Wash in the washing machine with colored detergent at a maximum of 60 °C. After washing, the pillow and wrap should be pulled into shape and dried, ironing on the cotton setting if necessary. The textiles can also be tumble dried at low temperatures.
