Basic neck and bronchial wrap
Neck pain, tension and headaches are the number one common complaint. Desk work, lack of exercise, long driving, stress in everyday life and at work - all of this leads to tense neck muscles in many people.

The innovative alkaline neck and bronchial wrap - in combination with MeineBase - effectively relieves muscular tension in the neck and shoulder area and leads to noticeably more mobility.

Used as a bronchial wrap, the health wrap can also be used to help with respiratory problems.

Application

1. Sprinkle a level teaspoon of MeineBase into approx. ½ liter of very warm water and dissolve well.
   
   
2. The gauze pad does not have to be completely immersed in the alkaline solution; it only needs to be moistened on the surface.
   
   
3. You may want to use a laundry sprayer filled with warm lye to spray the gauze pad.
   
   
4. Or you can dab or sprinkle the lye with your hands on the side of the gauze pad that is placed on the skin.
   
   
5. Attach the gauze pad to the molleton fabric wrap using the snap fasteners. Then place the entire wrap around the neck or on the bronchi and close it with the Velcro fasteners in front of the chest or on the back. If you like your neck to be a little warmer, you can also place a heat source(*) on the wrap.

The neck and bronchial wrap from P. Jentschura can be worn during the day or at night under tight-fitting clothing. So it can be used not only while lying down, but also when moving. The duration of application is to be practiced individually according to your own feelings. This should happen for at least a full hour. It is best to use it for a few hours, whether during the day or overnight.

(*) Depending on your preference, you can use a hot water bottle, a warmed moor, spelled or cherry stone pillow, etc. as a heat source. be used.

Tip
You can also wear the dry Molton wrap without the gauze pad as a source of warmth.

Sizing
To determine the right size, please take a tape measure and measure your body circumference above your chest.

Size 1: for body circumference above the chest of 70 – 85 cm
Size 2: for body circumference above the chest of 86 – 110 cm
Size 3: for body circumference above the chest of 111 – 125 cm

Material & washing instructions
Material: Molton cloth wrap made from 100% cotton molleton, muslin pillow made from 100% cotton muslin.

The gauze cushion and the molleton fabric wrap should be washed in the washing machine at a maximum of 60 °C with colored detergent, as required. The Velcro fastener on the molleton fabric wrap must be closed before washing. After washing, the pillow and wrap should be pulled into shape and dried, ironing on the cotton setting if necessary.
