Use as a neck wrap

1. Sprinkle a level teaspoon of MeineBase into approx. ½ liter of warm water and dissolve well.
   
   
2. Immerse the narrow half of the neck wrap in the lye so that the wet end can be wrapped around the neck.
   
   
3. Then wring out this damp part tightly until no more drops come out.
   
   
4. Place the narrow, wet half of the wrap around your neck and wrap it with the wider, dry part. Wrap the ribbons attached to the end of the wrap around your neck in the opposite direction and secure with a bow.

Use as a forehead wrap

1. Sprinkle a level teaspoon of MeineBase into approx. ½ liter of warm water and dissolve well.
   
   
2. Dip the end of the narrow half of the forehead wrap into the lye so that the wet end covers the length of the forehead.
   
   
3. Then wring out this damp part tightly until no more drops come out.
   
   
4. Place the wet part of the forehead wrap on your forehead and wrap the wider dry part around your head. Wrap the ribbons attached at the end of the wrap around the forehead and head in the opposite direction and secure with a bow.
   
   
5. Thanks to the straps on it, the wrap can be used not only at night but also during the day. It can be worn as long as it feels comfortable.

Material & washing instructions
Material: 100% cotton

Wash in the washing machine with colored detergent at max. 60° C. After washing, the basic neck and forehead wrap should be pulled into shape and dried, if necessary ironed on the cotton setting. It can also be tumble dried at low temperatures.
