MyBase body care salt
MeineBase from P. Jentschura is a basic mineral body care salt for baths, showers, sitting baths, hand and foot baths as well as for wraps. With a pH value of around 8.5, the bath water supports the skin in its excretory function and is therefore ideal for alkaline body care. Alkaline body care is the most natural and original body care in the world!

Basic full bath
For full baths, we recommend a bathing temperature of 36° - 38°C and a duration of at least 30 minutes. Warm baths are used to relax and cool baths refresh, invigorate and activate. Bathe once or twice a week. For a children's bath of around 20 liters, we recommend half a lid or a teaspoon of MeineBase.

Alkaline foot bath
For foot baths, a temperature of approx. 38° - 41° C and use two to three times a week is recommended. The optimal duration is at least 30 minutes. Use half a lid or a teaspoon of MeineBase.

Alkaline mineral massages of the skin
This intensive form of application gives you an invigorating peeling effect. The skin is cared for in an alkaline manner and dead skin particles are removed. Massage my base into moistened hands, feet, knees, shoulders, thighs or back until the salt crystals have dissolved. The skin should be kept moist. Use a skin oil for this.

Exfoliate
Mix a pinch of MeineBase with Alkaline Shower and rub your body with it. If you have robust skin, MeineBase can also be used pure. Then rinse briefly.

Alkaline steam bath
Experience the velvety-soft skin feeling after an alkaline steam bath. To do this, rub the large areas of your body intensively with a salt-honey paste. To do this, you need a heaped tablespoon of MeineBase and one to two tablespoons of liquid honey, which is mixed with a little water to form a spreadable paste. This is applied to the body after sweating for a few minutes and remains on for 10-15 minutes. After the steam bath, rinse the paste off with water.

Deodorant
Dissolve a pinch of MeineBase in a little lukewarm water, apply the lye to the armpits that have been washed with soap and let them dry. A wonderful morning refreshment that lasts long into the day.

Alkaline nasal rinses
Add a pinch of MeineBase to the required amount of water in the nasal rinsing cup. For a standard nasal douche (approx. 250 ml) you will need around half a teaspoon of MeineBase.

Alkaline mouthwashes
For mouthwashes, dissolve half a teaspoon of MeineBase in 250 ml of warm water. Put enough lye in your mouth so that you can rinse it back and forth or gargle with it if you like.

Basic dental care
Dissolve some MeineBase with water in a tooth cup and dip your toothbrush there. Then apply a fluoride-free toothpaste and brush your teeth as usual.

Alkaline inhalation
To do this, put half a lid or a teaspoon of MeineBase in a bowl for one liter of boiling water.

Application & Ingredients
The lid of the packaging is both a closure and a practical dosing aid. There are two marks on the top. If you fill the lid to the outer mark, this is equivalent to one tablespoon. Filling up to the inner marking corresponds to one teaspoon.

Sodium bicarbonate, sea salt, sodium carbonate, natural minerals and the eight gemstones agate, carnelian, citrine, chrysoprase, chalcedony, sapphire, rock crystal and onyx.
