As described in the ancient texts of India, Krishna made a mala for Radha from these Vaijayanti seeds, just as Rama did for Sita.
Vishnu gave a mala made from these seeds to Skanda so that his powers would be increased and he could assume his position as Vishnu's deputy.

Vaijayanti seeds come from the "BRAJ" forest in northern India, where, according to history, the Devatas have come together since the beginning of time.
