15. use of rating and certification seal graphics

Trusted Shops Trust Badge

On our website we integrate the Trusted Shops trust badge for the display of the Trusted Shops seal of approval (Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne, Germany) and the possibly collected ratings as well as for the offer of Trusted Shops products for buyers after an order. Our legitimate interest lies in the optimal marketing of our offer. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
When the trust badge is called up, the web server automatically saves a server log file, which contains e.g. your IP address, date and time of the call, transferred data volume and the requesting provider as well as documents the call. This access data is not evaluated by us and is automatically overwritten at the latest seven days after the end of your page visit.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which you are resident, in your place of work or in the place where the alleged infringement occurred, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you is in breach of the DPA.
