4-eyes Water Rudrakshas (Nepal) - for concentration and centering

These Rudrakshas are suitable to energize water. You put these three Rudrakshas overnight in a glass of water, which you drink first thing in the morning before breakfast. 

The Rudrakshas are then dried again and preferably stored in the refrigerator.

The 4-eyed Rudraksha describes the four aspects of Brahma to man: eternal quest for knowledge, meaning, deed/fate and freedom.

It strengthens self-confidence and promotes creativity. It also supports the throat chakra and thus the expression in words and/or singing.
