Bhojapatra leaves (set of 3 leaves)

Bhojpatra is a piece of bark from the Bhurja tree, which belongs to the birch genus and grows in the Himalayas at altitudes of 4,500 m.

The white, paper-like bark of the tree has been used for writing texts and Sanskrit scriptures since ancient times. It is still used today as paper for writing sacred mantras and yantras.

An amulet with a yantra or a mantra which was drawn on this bark can be worn as a protective pendant.
