Kubera oil lamp - large

Lighting the Diya lamp is an essential part of all pujas in Hinduism. To each puja belongs the Aarti which is performed with the lamp or Diya. The Divine is worshipped through gifts and the lighting of the oil lamps. Light shows the way of wisdom and the path to divinity. The flame also symbolizes the power of all beings. This is an oil lamp which is especially suitable for the Laxmi and Kubera worship. It is made of heavy brass with an intricate design. Fill it with oil or ghee (clarified butter), place a wick slightly outwards through the notch and light it.
