The cleaning kit is beautifully packaged in a jute box and contains all the items needed to clean, care for and power Rudrakshas. 

A genuine Rudraksha pearl of good quality has a very long life span and can be passed on from generation to generation with proper care.
Therefore, regular cleansing and energizing of Rudrakshas is necessary to improve the life and power of Rudrakshas.

Procedure for cleaning:
Soak the Rudraksha in lukewarm or room temperature water for 12-15 hours and clean with a hard brush.
Keep the Rudraksha bead on a soft, absorbent cloth and let it dry naturally or with a hair dryer.
Apply a small amount of sandalwood oil to the bead with a small brush.
Apply a small amount of herbal polish cleaner to a sponge or handkerchief and wipe the cover.

Process for energizing the pearl:
Light the supplied lamp with ghee or oil and wick. Put sandalwood powder on the plate and add Gangajal water to the Kalash.
Put the water on the Rudraksha bead and wipe it with a soft cloth and sprinkle it with sandalwood powder.
Light a dhoop stick and fan the smoke onto the Rudraksha.
